Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information whenever tracking is available.

Estimated delivery times after processing are:

United States: approximately 5–12 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Multiple Packages

Some products may be fulfilled from different locations or suppliers. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees because an order is delivered in multiple packages unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

Delayed Orders

Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience unexpected delays. These delays are outside of our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If there has been no tracking update for an extended period, contact us and we will assist you in investigating the shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

• Checking around your property and any safe delivery locations

• Checking with members of your household or neighbors

• Contacting the shipping carrier directly

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Digital Products

Digital products, including printable planners, affirmation cards, eBooks, or other downloadable materials, are not physically shipped.

Digital products will be delivered electronically according to the instructions provided on the product page or following purchase.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local authorities.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated otherwise and are the responsibility of the customer.
